Zumba for a good cause

Just before Christmas, my daughter, sister and I were involved in a Zumbathon. We started taking these classes in the summer from an awesome instructor- Aury Garcia, at Christmas time she organized a charity event where you got to Zumba for 2 hrs for the price of a toonie and an unwrapped toy to be donated to the Chum Christmas wish.

The event was featured in the SNAP North Mississauga website. Look at the movie, you can see me at the back right at about 35 seconds (Melanie and Julie are close by). Wow, what an awesome event to be part of!

ZUMBA GIRLS

Here are the instructors. They are amazing and so dedicated.  It was so great to be part of this event and give a little... and yes, super duper athletic Chantal, Mella and Julie lasted for the whole 2 hours! This would have been absolutely impossible 80 lbs ago! 

Please come and join me and the ladies. Aury is amazing, her energy will just make you move like you never thought you could- I promise you will sweat the stress of the day away!
