Art for your Bread

Have you ever tried this?

By a fresh, organic baguette, cut it up and instead of using butter... dip your bread into the angelfish... no really doesn't it look like an angelfish?
What you do is you drizzle some extra virgin olive oil - EVOO- as the cool kids say- and then drizzle on top of that some balamic vinegar.  Break your bread apart, and dip it in.  Some people believe it's a much healthier choice, check out what I found on the www.   http://kblog.lunchboxbunch.com/2009/01/butter-versus-oil-championship-fight.html



OLIVE OIL
Olive oil is a natural juice which preserves the taste, aroma, vitamins and properties of the olive fruit. BUTTER

100 calories per tablespoon. 12 grams fat, 7 grams saturated fat, 3 grams monounsaturated fat. 31mg cholesterol, 82 mg sodium.
