Chicken Thighs and Crockpot- friends for life!

When you are a busy, busy person, it's nice to stick your dinner in a crockpot in the morning and go out and enjoy your day and then come home to a nice cooked meal. Well, crockpot.... meet your new best friend... chicken thighs!
Brent found this recipe on line for me from Food.com... and I would make a few changes... so here is my version.
Take 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs, place them in a crockpot, in a seperate bowl:
5 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
4 tablespoons orange juice
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder

Place over chicken, stir it around and cook in crockpot on low for 5-6 hours. In the last half hour, combine 2 tsp cornstarch to 2 tbsp water and stir into crockpot.

I served over some basmati rice and stirl fried peppers! Yummy for the whole family!
