I cooked up some chicken with hoisin sauce and soya sauce - then I placed some chopped water chestnuts (I just love their crunchiness).
I put it all inside a romaine lettuce leaf, then stuffed it into half of a whole wheat pita.
I added some fresh chopped mangos and chopped cashews. Really delicious... you don't even need the pita- it could really be a lettuce wrap.
