We always love crucnchy stuff in our salads, but store-bought croutons are full of bad fat and chemicals. So what I did was get some almonds, dried cranberries, roasted soya nuts, sunflower seeds, pumkin seeds, pistachios, peanuts and raisins (spent a small fortune!) and through them in a large Ziploc bag and mix it all around and now you have a healty Salad Nut Mix ... or a quick healthy snack too.
