Summer Fruits that bring me joy!

Some summer fruits (and veg.) just bring me joy... they are so fresh and sweet and even better because they are grown right here in Ontario.
Here are some cherries - check below for nutritional details.
Cucumbers - ok it's a veg... but it's a family favourite.
