Happy New Year to All!
I thought this might remind you of some New Year's Sparkly Drinks. All the bling is at the bottom of the nails!
I used Maybeline's Silver Plum with some of the Silver Sparkle Art Deco nail brush. Looks like snow dropping down my nails.
