Amazing Adventures- with my Mom and Melanie

This weekend Melanie wanted to return to the awesome park on Lakeshore somewhere between Oakville and Mississauga, it's her favourite, so this time we brought my Mom along for the walk. It was a gorgeous sunny day, the kind where the sun glimmering off the water blinds you and you need triple eyeglass protection. Melanie and I love the wind and the waves, and this weekend we found out from whom we inhereted that trait... my mother. She says that she could spend all day sitting on the park bench listening to the waves and staring at the water.... so could we!!! Since we were going for 'Activity' points, we couldn't sit all day, so we showed her all our favourite spots.

The Start of the excursion

The 3 Musketeers

Melanie couldn't believe it was free, and you could see all over! See, no spot to stick your money in.

Grand-maman took a look...

...then Melanie's turn to look.

Still a bit of wild life remains...

See the sun looks so hot, it looks like it's burning the sky (but it's just a cloud though)

They found walking sticks.

Beautiful Giant Willow Tree.

This is the best picture of the ladies enjoying the wind and the sun. Here comes a cute daughter moment...Melanie says out of the blue, 'Pense a ta vie', translated means, 'Think about your life'.
It seems that going out and enjoying nature fuels Melanie's 'cute daughter moments.
